How is the Gold day is run?

The day kicks off with all the guns meeting at the castle where you will be invited in for tea or coffee and to meet the other guns.

The shoot captain will give a safety brief and carry out a peg draw.

After a full kit check all guns will be driven/drive to the first drive where the guns will be shown their pegs. The drive is then started and finished by a whistle.

At the end of each drive the guns meet back at the vehicles and load up to go to the next drive.

After the second drive the guns meet at the vehicles for traditional elevenses where drinks and nibbles are served.

The guns then shoot the third drive and meet back at the castle for a traditional shoot lunch and wines. When lunch is over the remaining two drives are completed and the guns return to the castle for refreshments and to discuss their experiences of the day.

The atmosphere of the day is guaranteed to be very relaxed and enjoyable but at the same time organised to the very highest of standards so tailoring every aspect to suit the needs of each client.
